Welcome to The Next Wave Career Services. My name is Danielle Morena, and I am an accomplished educator with 15+ years of progressive experience helping individuals reach their academic and professional career goals. New Jerseyan born and raised and a beach lover at heart.  I am passionate about assisting others in discovering their true strengths and gifts.  My mission is to help clients find their passion and to love where they work and what they genuinely do. The saying goes, "If you love what you do, you will never have to work a day in your life." While most want more out of their lives, few achieve the success they always dreamed of.  We will work together to take the necessary action to maximize your potential. 

I have always been passionate about personal branding, education, and serving others. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Public Relations from Rider University and a Masters of Education- Higher Education from Northeastern University. I also am expected to graduate with my Master of Social Work degree in the Spring of 2024. I started working in college admissions in 2009, with experience both on the undergraduate and graduate side of enrollment. I have been working in Career Services for the past seven years and am an academy-certified professional resume writer (ACRW). My specialties include resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile writing, career counseling, and college advisement.
